ADAPTOR COUPLINGS

Adaptor couplings are designed to provide a solution to most requirements for adaptation between pipes of different sizes and materials up to DN300. The range covers both traditional and new pipe materials, an important factor with the increased development of brownfield sites.
The couplings consist of a stepped moulded sleeve with different diameters at each end, which is sealed on the pipes by two clamping bands.
USES
- Connecting pipes of different outside diameters and/or materials without the use of a bush.
- Connecting laterals to sewers or drains.
- Connecting pipes to prefabricated structures e.g. manholes, inspection chambers, septic tanks.

Rat Blockers

The Rat Blocker is an environmentally friendly system designed specifically to prevent rats from entering houses and commercial buildings through the drainage system and sewer pipes. By installing the Rat Blocker, the pipes are also protected from damage caused by rats. Rats that are already inside the drainage pipes or sewer system can get out without a problem but cannot return into the system. The system will also prevent frogs from entering the pipework.
Renoline will be stocking Rat Blockers in all sizes up to 250 mm ā also for lined pipes and back flow preventers. They are produced from Marine Grade Stainless Steel AISI 316 and have gone through thorough testing and EU-approval. Furthermore it is patented worldwide and as can be seen from the following video it is very straightforward to install ā it takes longer to remove the lid to the well than it does to actually install the Rat Blocker.
Every year thousands of hotels, restaurants, canteens and cafƩs are closed due to rat problems resulting in loss of money and reputation. This could be avoided by installing a Rat Blocker and furthermore rats are a source of water contamination and spread diseases. This is an inexpensive and environmentally friendly way of preventing rat attacks which in 95% of cases originate from the sewers. This is also a way of reducing the use of poison which according to a UK study 75% of rats are now resistant to.

RETROFIT NON-RETURN VALVES

For simple retrofit installation into existing manholes.
To prevent foul water flowing back from the blocked sewerage system to flood the property from the inside via toilets, plug holes and waste pipes.
These unique and patented Retrofit Non-Return Valves can be simply pushed into the existing pipework, whether plastic or clay, at the propertyās inspection chamber. The valves can be fitted in minutes and do not require any specialist expertise or equipment.
Benefits
- Simple push-fit installation into existing manhole ā takes approximately 80% less time to fit than a conventional valve.
- Unobtrusive when installed.
- Two sizes available to suit DN110 and DN160 pipes.
- Products available for clay and plastic pipe systems.
- WRc approved product, Cert. No. PT/314/0111 & tested & approved to BS EN 13654 (applies to NRV4 only).
- Protects against pests, such as rats and other vermin, as well as backwater.
- Version available with stainless steel rat block cap for improved protection against rodent infestation.
IN-LINE BACKWATER VALVES

A range of single-flap and double-flap valves for installation onto sewerage pipes.
Protect buildings against backwater flooding due to rainwater travelling back up the sewerage system.
Automatically operated, providing free-flow wastewater drainage according to the slope of the rainwater drain. These backwater valves are available in a wide range of sizes and are easy to install in waste water networks and systems with pipes of Ć110 to Ć200.
BENEFITS
- Backwater valves are 100% tested for safety and comply with the guidelines set out in BS EN 13564.
- Robust design and maintenance-free operation.
CHARACTERISTICS
- Stainless steel anti-flooding flaps.
- Special design of the body minimises the risk of solid waste accumulating and blocking inside the valve.
- Also suitable as a rodent deterrent.
DRAIN COUPLINGS

Drain Couplings are designed for use in drainage systems, where the resistance to earth loads and shear forces provided by a shear band is not required. They are available to joint drainage pipes up to 225mm diameter.
Due to the use of modern fabrication methods any coupling can be supplied to site within 24 hours.
USES
- As a joint for plain ended pipe.
- The repair of an existing drain by the insertion of a new length of pipe.
- As an adaptor between pipes of different materials.
- Jointing short or cut lengths of pipe.
- Provision of rocker pipes adjacent to structures.
Access Point Kit

The Access Point is a brand new and exciting addition to the Fernco Pipe Doctor range.
- Withstands up to 1 bar
- Can be removed and refitted
- Pre-assembled for direct insertion into the host pipe
Designed for use on DN70, DN100 and DN150 plastic, ductile and cast iron fall pipes, the Access Point Kit includes 10 Access Points, and a full set of tools.
These include a 54mm diamond core drill for cutting the hole to the exact required size, a de-burring tool for smoothing off the hole, and an allen key to tighten the Access Point once itās in place.
Compared to a piece of broken pipe, a reinforced sticky tape or perhaps a coupling, the Access Point Kit is a neat, tidy and professional alternative.
